Information Architecture and Interaction Design
I worked on multiple projects covering interaction design and information architecture. I
developed and used Ford design patterns, UI specifications, personas, card sorts, and
wireframes. Other methods included:
Accessibility Research
I developed a high-level Roadmap for Including Accessibility into User-Centered
Design Process. Work included c-authoring and presenting a white paper to the senior
management.
The whitepaper is intended to serve as a launch pad for adopting web accessibility initiative
for Ford IT products and services. Specifically, as part of the initiative efforts, the paper
describes following:

OVERVIEW
Ford Motors (IT) has a dedicated team of Usability Specialists, Interaction Designers
and Information Architects. In between my first year and second year of Master's
program, I got an opportunity to work on information architecture and interaction
